Dutch producer Transformer 2's 'Fruit of Love' first made it's mark in the largely unexplored hinterlands between breakbeaty rave and early German trance in late 1991/early 92'. It lived on as a bit of a secret weapon throughout the first half of that decade, appearing with remixes on Italy's DFC label, before drifting across the Atlantic into Florida breaks world and beyond.
Come 2020, and top bods Borai and Denham Audio have faithfully recreated the original, with the help of the original artist Jeff Vanbockryck, and samples fatefully retrieved from AKAI S950 floppies; a warm, widescreen and crunchy remake is the end result.
Borai also rolls out a dubbier, more percussive version, whilst Hungarian hypno-houser Gnork supplies a fat 4/4 remix, alongside a deeper dub.
Russian electronic producer duo Demis Lazer rounds off the package with an exuberant Italo-NRG romp around the musical interior of the original.

This is a masterwork, I still can't describe the levels of creativity these tracks have. I am in awe and hope i can come near these productions one day! Oil Berbatov
