JUDGING PROCESS :

The fine folks at Super Progressive and Progressive House Classics will be selecting their top 5 entrants for each of the three Breeder tracks, which will be put up for poll voting on Super Progressive, Progressive House Classics and Hooj Choons respective Facebook pages ( no polling available on Insta unfortunately ) until 20.12.23.

(*note* : individuals can vote once on each different FB group, if keen - but anyone caught otherwise botting/gaming/hacking the process will be tracked down, exposed, and summarily exiled from the Prog community indefinitely (details tbc).

B.
Hooj peeps (all two of us), and the artist formerly known as Rowan Breeder, will be making a separate selection of their (our) own, for each of the Breeder tracks.

We’re looking for alternatives to the above submissions, with literally no genre preconceptions involved. : for at least some idea of what we’re after, maybe look at recent Hooj releases, and think about everything from Denham Audio’s hardcore sensibilities to Kyle Starkey’s banging piano’s, Ben Gomorri’s elegant, rolling, old school trance, to MonsterGetdown’s slamming, drum heavy, rave house. And beyond…..go Overmono, Nia Archives, Dj Seinfeld, banging Kettama, deep business techno (not even a guilty pleasure) , Frankie Wah breaks, Bakey’s new-UKG (might be pushing it tbf) … surprise us….:)

END RESULT :
Full releases in early 2024, across vinyl (4 tracks only, unfortunately) and digital, with the remixers involved receiving a Heads of Agreement upfront committing to a 50/50 % profit share on all future track revenues, in perpetuity.
